Although born out of tragic circumstances, the success of last years ROXE JAM has ensured that it will return again this year. The festival is a tribute to young and talented Cardiff graffiti artist Bill Lockwood aka Roxe who was tragically killed in an accident in January 2007.

The festival is a celebration of several hip hop elements, incorporating outdoor graffiti activities and live performances from an ill list of great emcees. Like last summer the entire South Wales hip hop community is rallying round to make it an unforgettable event.
